Why people should be more themselves!

Hi!
Asked on twitter about my opinion on an article from Hannah Gadsby, Why Men Should Be More Ladylike, I saw an opportunity to share a view that I believe is manly and tolerant.

Hannah pushes men should embrace what she considers to be feminine traits instead of being "obsessed with being the opposite" once women were "encouraged to stir masculine traits into their feminine recipe," such as being bolder and standing up for self.
She asks men to be less confident and not act or share opinions.
The author calls "crap" qualities such as confidence and self-respect, which are great for anyone, no matter their sex.
Confusing common values and abilities as traits and seeking to transform men in less than what she think's of women in general.
Is this how she sees women?
If I were a girl I'd be pissed with her!
Hannah tries to deconstruct genders and knows nothing about it!
And remember, all this came from a girl who looks like a guy.

The only thing I can agree to her is that empathy is good and not a weakness. But its also a common trait!
The even scientific fact that men and women are different is not a reason for discrimination, but we can't keep ignoring reality in favor of narrative.
Not all men or women are equal.
And the premise that men and women should be fundamentally equal is an abomination with inhuman consequences.
It's even worse when imposed on children.
Women are great and can do a lot! And so do men!
Every manager knows that a team is as good as the sum of the contrasts of its members.
The contrasts between us are what makes humans so great.
This was how we as species achieve so much!

I think we should stop this emasculation and women must rescue their femininity.
Its time to let people be how they were born.
Acceptance is loving the way you and the world are and not changing everything with surgeries or stupid laws in the fake idea that happiness is gender ideology and safe spaces.
